500g Fresh Tilapia fish Cleaned and cut into pieces
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
2 teaspoons of ginger paste
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1 medium onion finely sliced
100g of Red Rice
2 teaspoons of pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Salt as per your taste
5 tablespoons of mustard oil or any cooking oil
Directions
- Clean the tilapia fish by using water and make them medium size of slices and patting it until a little bit dry.In a bowl combine the half lime juice,1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt.mix these three ingredients very well with the sliced tilapia fish pieces. Make sure to allow these mixed fish slices to marinate for approximately 15 minutes.
- Let’s make paste to the tilapia fish curry,Start Fry in a dry pan Rice 100g, coconut 3table spoon, 1 tablespoon of coriander, 1 tablespoon of Cardamom, 2 tablespoons of Fenugreek (Uluhal) Seeds make sure to fry these ingredients well don’t use any single drop of oil.
- Once the frying process is done grind them well add a little bit of water drops and mix them well until it look like paste.
- Then add Grinded cinnamon 2 g and cloves 2,3 pcs in to the Above mixture.(this will Makes your Thilapia fish curry more tasty and delightful.
- After that keep in a side that grinded and well mixed paste and start making tilapia fish curry.
- Add Some Oil to the pan and make that oil Hot then start frying the marinated fish, make sure to fry them well. Once they are fried well take them out and put them on tissue paper.
- Then Add Another 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan once that oil has enough heat Then Add chopped Garlic into the pan. Fry them until their color looks like a little bit of brown.
- After that Add 3 tablespoons of Curry powder and 1 tablespoon of chili powder to the pan and let them fry until their color looks like little bit brown, then add 2 cups of water into the pan.
- Once the added water reaches a little bit warm then add curry leaves, 3 tablespoons of paper, and the paste we had created in 3 third step of making tilapia fish curry.
